• Registration is open until June 1, 2023
• Late entries will be accepted until June 15, 2023.  A $100 late fee per exhibitor will be charged.
• You must be a current JBBA member, in good standing, to participate in contests and shows during the 2023 JBBA National Show and Convention.
• Stalling will be pre-assigned.  Exhibitors may request to stall next to each other by submitting names on the exhibitor entry form or emailing lkelley@beefmasters.org Every effort will be made to accommodate requests.
• A limited number of stalls will be sold on a first come first served basis.  These can be purchased with online entries.
• The East side of the stalling barn will be pre-bedded with pine shavings.  Your entry fees for the show include this extra fee.  The West side of the stalling barn will be given 2 bags of shavings per head entered to use in place of the pre-bedded stalling.  Additional shavings will be available for purchase at the EXPO Center.  Outside shavings are not allowed to be brought in.
• All contestants and exhibitors MUST pay the Exhibitor Registration Fee of $30.  The fee includes a 2023 National T-Shirt and entry into all contests, competitions and All-Around.
• Catered meals are NOT included in the Registration Fee.  Everyone is encouraged to purchase a WRISTBAND, which will allow entry into all catered meals including the Awards Banquet.
• A limited number of meal tickets, Awards Banquet seats and t-shirts will be sold during the week of the show.  It is highly recommended to pre-order them here.
• Every exhibitor and their family and guests are welcome to attend Fun Night.  A RSVP table will be set up during check in.

Pee Wee Program for Kids Not Old Enough to Show

• Pee Wee exhibitors must register and enter online and pay the mandatory $30 registration fee.
• Pee Wee exhibitor registration includes a National T-Shirt, entry into Pee Wee Showmanship, and all Pee Wee activities scheduled throughout the week.
